Your car is one of the most expensive items you will ever own and it's only natural that you will want to look after it and protect it for as long as you can.

Here at AABA Detailing, we always like to encourage customers who have brand new or relatively young cars to apply paint protection to their vehicle. It's a type of superior film which is used to protect a car from minor abrasions, water and weather damage. 

We are often asked whether paint protection is worthwhile, we certainly recommend it as it gives your car that showroom shine and finish and ensures it can't be scratched or marked. You only have to view our pictures to see how it can really improve the finish and appearance of a car. It's far more effective than any type of wax or gloss. 

Camui Chrome Chain Paint Protection 

We have been in the car detailing business for many years and will only use paint protection products which are tried and tested to provide exceptional results, that's why we recommend Camui Chrome Chain Paint Protection. This a superior product which gives outstanding results. 

It is one of the hardest coatings on the market which means it's long lasting and very efficient. We guarantee this paint protection will last three years or 75,000 kilometres on the road. It's rated as having a dimensional hardness of 10h which means it has the highest strength and performance and is super resistant to any light scratches.

It's been developed and manufactured in Japan and incorporates a unique process called crystallinity to create an outstanding gloss and lustre. Because it has a pure glass coating the standard of finish is exceptional. Your car will look radiant and stand out from the rest. 

This hard coating comes with a warranty that it won't wash off for three years.

The process for the Camui Chrome Chain Paint Protection is:

1. 1)We will wash your car using a high-pressure washer. 
2. 2)We then paint correct the bodywork in preparation for applying the glass coating.
3. 3)Next we use an eraser solution to remove any outstanding polish or oils on the car.
4. 4)The Camui Chrome Chain Paint Protection is then applied one section at a time and left overnight to cure.

Glare Infinity Plus Glasplexin Sealant

AABA Detailing also recommends another paint protection product called Glare Infinity Plus Glasplexin Sealant. The beauty of this sealant is that it protects your car from harmful environmental damage such as road and dirt grime, bird dropping and tree sap. 

It's manufactured using a new type of chemical formulation called Glassplexin which is a silicate. It protects against ultraviolet rays which means the colour will never fade, so should you have any body work done, paint matching for panel repairs will be much easier. This coating can withstand temperatures as high as 400 degree Celsius.

The process for the Glare Infinity Plus Glassplexin Sealant

1. 1)We will wash your car using a high-pressure washer, removing any wax or polish which may be present.
2. 2)Wheels will be checked and we will remove any grease or dirt.
3. 3)We then carry out the "claying process" which is where we use a clay bar to remove fine particles. These fragments will stick to the bar as we rub it over your car. This procedure is non-abrasive and will not damage your vehicle.
4. 4)Once we have prepped the body of your car, we apply the sealant to the paintwork, glasswork and wheels. We use three layers of the Glare Infinity Plus Protection. We use a micro-fibre cloth to remove it. A micro-fibre cloth ensures you get a dry surface with an incredible shine. This comes with a 1-year warranty.
